Wednesday's "Project Runway" was full of fashion, passion and drama. Tim meets with the designers on their home turf. Laura accuses Jeffrey of cheating.

We've heard the news! Laura accused Jeffrey of cheating. She swears he couldn't have sewn his entire collection as perfectly as he did. In watching the first part of the finale this week, I expected a bit more time to be spent on the accusations.

However, the first half hour or so was spent with Tim Gunn visiting each of the designers in their homes. He visits Michael Knight in the ATL first. Michael shows him his safari-inspired duds. Tim is a bit worried that Michael hasn't made more progress. He also tells him that he's concerned about the cohesiveness of the collection and wants him to 'make it work'. Afterwards, Michael cooks dinner for Tim at his cousin's house. We get to meet the family. They're very nice!

Next, Tim jets back to New York. It's Laura Bennett's turn to impress Mr. Gunn. We get a gander at her five boys. She's currently in the process of making her sixth. We watched Tim tell her that her collection might not be as youthful as it could be. Big surprise! We meet her hubby who, as my son says, looks a bit like Albert Einstein. OMG! Then, her littlest boy offered Tim some turtle poop.

Hehe! Isn't that precious?

Tim can't wait to head off to Miami and Uli. Uli shows him her safari-inspired collection. Uh-oh! Uli and Michael have the same theme. Of course, we see that Uli has a much different take on the subject matter. She's actually got some surprising pieces. She's definitely doing more than the "Uli prints". I very much what she's doing. She's taking risks in a classy and elegant manner.

Uli tells Tim she grew up in East Germany and that she's grateful to be in the US where her dreams are finally coming true. Awww!

Finally, Tim goes to LA and meets up with Jeffrey Sebelia. I have to say I was shocked when I saw Jeffrey's woman. She's mohawked and shaven and punk rock - even moreso than Jeffrey. However, we get to see their adorable little boy. I like Jeffrey more and more right now. He's very much a family guy and happy at home.

Jeffrey takes Tim to his work space and wows him with what he's done. Tim actually has nothing negative to say to Jeffrey. Personally, I think Jeffrey's collection is awesome, and I wasn't a big Jeffrey fan all season. It also seems like he did a ton of work already, moreso than the other designers so I'm sort of shocked that Laura makes these accusations against him.

However, we'll get to that later.

Several weeks after Tim's visits, the designers land back in New York at the Flatotel. They're sharing quarters and spending the final five days finishing their collections, casting models and fitting those models.

Jeffrey has nothing to do. This upsets Laura who has a ton still to get done. She says Jeffrey's work is too perfect for him. Uli goes and looks at the items and says, "They're not that perfect!" Michael notices a pair of leather jeans that are double-stitched and he's all like, 'Maybe you're right, Laura.'

Uli and Michael urge Laura to talk with Jeffrey. Instead, she goes and brings her concerns to Tim. She should've talked to Jeffrey first. I thought that was sneaky and nasty of her. I'm sorry! I really hated the way she handled this.

Tim was very upset, understandably, and said that they would be checking Jeffrey's receipts very carefully and that he would bring this to the producers' attention.

When Jeffrey discovers the allegations against him, he is very quiet and very upset. I felt terrible for him. He swears he worked on the collection daily and did it all himself. I, for one, believe him. Jeffrey is NOT a stupid man. He's made hundreds of articles for celebs who have to look flawless - many of them with his own two hands all by himself.

He has the talent to do this. He also had a lot more time to work on this collection than the designers got during the entire competition. He seemed to have paced himself and did the work.

What do you think? Let's talk about this in the forum! I can't wait to see the collections on the catwalk next week, can you?
