Jeffrey's waiting to find out if he can even show his collection at Bryant Park. Will he or won't he? Who will win it all? The answers to these questions are below!

We start off with a recap and a focus on the accusations of cheating that Laura Bennett made against Jeffrey Sebelia. In a nutshell, she told Tim that she thought his work was 'too perfect' to have been done entirely by him. Know what I'd like to say to Miss Hoity-Toity-Doily-Maker? Well, it's not exactly printable!

Anyhoo, Tim tells Jeffrey that they're taking the allegations seriously and he needs to look at his receipts very, very carefully. Jeffrey says he only sent out work for pleating, which is legal. So, too, is the leatherwork, which he said he did himself.

You know what - I believe him!

Unfortunately, Tim calls and tells Jeffrey that they can't find a receipt for a pair of shorts he's got in his collection - and he may have to scrap them. Jeffrey starts making a pretty skirt just in case he needs it. He tries calling the company as well but says it's like "Sanford & Son" over there and has little confidence they'll find it.

After a lot of anxious waiting and no contact from Tim Gunn, Jeffrey's worrying is over. Tim asks the designers to "gather 'round" and announced that Jeffrey has been cleared of the charges. He will have to lose the shorts as there's no receipt. He also went about $200 over budget so he'll have to take something out to make it up.

Jeffrey decides to lose the wigs - that saves him about $400.

Laura is all like 'well, I'm just glad we can have a level playing field so I can beat Jeffrey on the Runway.'

Ugh! I actually rolled my eyes. I haven't done that since I was 16. Maybe it's just the pregnancy hormones, but she's getting on my last nerve.

Now, this is what I've been waiting all season for - the Bryant Park Runway show! It's like my Superbowl. Well, maybe not that fabulous, but pretty close.

Jeffrey shows first. His collection is soft yet edgy, feminine and sexy. It's Jeffrey but better. I could see the progression and his point of view. And Marilinda was a true show-stopper in the green and white, multi-zippered gown.

Uli's collection is tres cute. I would love to wear just about anything she made there. I was totally loving Uli and couldn't decide between her or Jeffrey at this point.

Then, Laura's girls came out. They looked like they were wearing beaded doilies. This passes for elegant. Excuse me, but I don't find anything elegant about a dress that sheds on the runway...but that's just me! I'm car-azy, I suppose.

Laura basically thinks every adult woman wants to and should look like her. Sorry, but I have a style all my own and it's more Jeffrey. I grew up in the 80s and still have goth gear, lady! AND I'M PROUD OF IT!

Michael gets up and underwhelms the house with his 'Street Safari' collection. Man, it was not what I wanted from him. I was so disappointed, I almost cried.

My husband and I were like we just can't decide between Uli and Jeffrey. We were pretty sure it would be down to those two in the very end. The consensus on the Runway seemed to be for Uli. It would've been fine with me. At this point, I could see anyone really winning this thing. They've all got careers in fashion even if I don't get their 'point of view.'

So the judges - Nina Garcia, Michael Kors, Heidi Klum and Fern Mallis - bring the designers and their models out. They go down the line, starting with Michael. He was told that his collection was too 'amped up' and the taste level was 'questionable'. The judges said he needed to mature and seemed to take a step back with this collection. He was then auf'd.

Laura was told she was a one-note basically. Fern said she could make her career doing cocktail dresses, however. Bye-bye, Laura.

Now, we're down to Jeffrey and Uli. I want them both to win. Jeffrey looks quite scared. Uli is complimented on her collection. It's very wearable and commercial. Fern tells her that she'd do well in the resort market and it's big in fashion now so not to worry about her style. Fern encourages her to keep on keeping on.

Then, when it looks like Uli is about to win, the announcement is made that Jeffrey is the most innovative and edgy designer this season! Jeffrey has come from behind and beat some serious adversity to win! Yippee! Yeah, Jeffrey!

Thanks, producers of "Project Runway"! I feel cheap for falling into your trap, but not so cheap that I won't watch season 4! I can't wait!
