A while back, I
reported that Laura Bennett, one of the finalists on Project Runway, accused Jeffrey Sebelia, another finalist on the show, with cheating.
Jeffrey, for his part, shot back via his
myspace page. He replied to a fan's comments with these strong words:
"Thanks for your concern. But all I have to say is be careful of what you read and also of what is presented in the press.
Those people take any information they get (usually unfounded rumors) and just print them in order to bolster their own readership, with no regard to the person they might be slandering.
They are just doing their job as bottom-feeding, sludge-dredging, no-life-having journalists."
The people at "Project Runway" have kept pretty tight-lipped about the whole affair. They've only said that they took the allegations seriously. The finale airs on October 18th.
