Bobby Brown has been a bad boy. The mother of his children, La Princia and Bobby Jr. has filed suit against her ex, claiming he's skipped out on child support payments.
Kim Ward, the mother of La Princia and Bobby Jr., claims that Bobby Brown owes her child support payments for two months, totalling $11,000. Judge Paula Carey of Norfolk District Court in Canton, Massachusetts has issued an arrest warrant for the singer.
Brown, a Boston-area native, was a no-show at Monday's scheduled child support hearing.
This isn't the first time Bobby has tried to skip out of child support payments. Back in 2004, Mr. Brown was sentenced to 90 days in prison for failing to pay child support. The sentence was later suspended when he coughed up some cash.
Bobby's lawyer, Phaedra Parks, tried to buy him some time and sympathy by stating that he hadn't made payments because of his 'impending divorce'. Those proceedings are expected to get underway next month. Whitney's asking for full custody of their daughter, Bobbi Kristina.
