» auntydle - Tribes divided by race

In response to Tribes divided by race posted by panndyra:

With 20 contestants to start with, I did think that the tribes would stay "segregated" a little longer. I suppose larger tribes makes for greater chances of conflict.

On the new Aitu tribe, Cao Boi "clicked" with Flicka better than with his former tribemates. They seemed to be too serious, even a little uptight. Here in Hawaii, ethnic jokes are common. People make jokes about their own ethnicity all the time and the jokes are generally accepted as long as they are not mean-spirited. However, if you are with someone who is uncomfortable with it, common courtesy should tell you to leave it alone.

In response to panddyra's blog, I thought that Flicka was Jessica's nickname from before she joined the show.

The Raro tribe has the majority of the buff males and also the "tart" of the season. Parvati even specifically said that she was going to be "working" Nate. In the first episode, I thought there was some mutual flirting between Adam and Candice (cuddling at night for warmth) but it never went anywhere. Ozzy will have to lay low in his new tribe. He's not the alpha male anymore.

In response to panndyra's blog, the person sent to exile island would be safe from the vote, so Raro chose the person they thought was the weakest and most likely to be targeted on Aitu.

I still can't believe that Cao Boi had that little regard for Becky. The Puka tribe won 2 immunity challenges together. How could he think that she was a "princess"?
